Dadson Legal Consult is a newly established SRA firm with its brand-new office premises in Central London. We have a client following established at our sister immigration law firm with solid market presence and practicing for over 10 years.
We are expanding into more areas of law to continue to advise a wide and diverse range of our clients including international businesses, high net-worth individuals, executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, students, and families.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded professional who would help us set up our internal business processes. This role reflects managerial and secretarial activities to assist with and support setting up a newly established company, such as reviewing consultancy agreements, insurances, administration, website content review, general coordination and similar tasks given by the Director, performance review and coaching our people.


· Organise and coordinate business operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
· Maintain high standards of how operations are ran
· Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment)
· Encourage staff morale, motivate and lead by example
· Maintain relationships with all stakeholders and demonstrate professionalism
· Consider oneself interwoven in the firm’s brand and ensure good reputation of the role and the organisation
· Act independently with high sense of initiative to improve or change processes
· Assess overall company performance against objectives and develop improvement strategies


· Ensure business is adherent to legal rules, guidelines and policies i.e. finance compliance, AML, SRA compliance, ICO compliance, GDPR etc.
· Take part in recruitment, onboarding and performance process with MD and HR; shortlist and interview candidates, train new employees, perform regular feedback and review evaluations to determine areas of improvement
· Assess overall company performance with detailed reports and monthly follow up meetings with relevant members (MD, colleagues)
· Draft or Negotiate service contracts with third parties
· Develop and update operations policies
· Point of contact for any operational issues or demands
· Delegate duties amongst staff members
· Actively ensure the confidentiality of all firm/clientele/stakeholders’ documentation and information, show understanding for security sensitivity and treat all the information protected
· Overview, update and assist with passwords management
· Overview the organisation of physical documents and file maintenance
· Participate in events, network, or organise office outings to increase our reputation
